TIPS ON MAKING GREAT SMOOTHIES

  • To make smoothies add water and ice for weight loss
  • To make a thicker smoothie,  blend at low speed for a few minutes and add the water and ice slowly
  • Best to use a nutri-bullet or blender

 

SMOOTHIE RECIPES

LEMON CHEESECAKE: 3 scoops Vanilla F1 +  1 scoopPersonalized Protein Powder (PPP) + lemon juice (to taste)

SNICKERS: 2 scoops Chocolate F1 + 1 scoops Vanilla F1 +  1 scoop PPP + peanut butter (to taste 1/2 tsp)

APPLE PIE SHAKE: 3 scoops Vanilla F1 + 1 scoop PPP +1 scoop active fibre +Cinnamon

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM: 2 scoops Berry F1 + 1 scoop Vanilla F1 + 1 scoop PPP

MINTIES:  2 scoops Mint Chocolate F1 + 1 scoop Vanilla F1 + 1 scoop PPP

DARK CHOCOLATE MINT: 2 scoops Chocolate F1 + 1 scoop Choc Mint F1 + 1 scoop PPP

MILKY WAY: 1 scoop Vanilla F1 + 1 scoop Chocolate F1 + 1 scoop Cookies and Cream F1 + 1 scoop PPP

COFFEE BREAK: 3 scoops Vanilla F1 + 1 scoop PPP + instant coffee

CINNABOMB: 2 scoops Vanilla F1 + 1 scoop Cookies and CreamF1 + 1 scoop PPP + cinammon
