DOUBLE CHOC MINT BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

12 dates
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2/3 cup coconut oil
4scoops Chocolate Formula 1
2 scoops Mint Chocolate Formula 1
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tbs cacoa
2 scoops personalized protein powder

METHOD: combine all ingredients into balls and refrigerate

 

MINT CHOCOLATE BARK

INGREDIENTS

1tbs peanut butter
1tbs cocao
2 scoops personalized protein powder
4 scoops chocolate formula 1
2 scoops mint chocolate formula 1
1 tbs dessicated coconut
1 tbs pecans
1 tbs almonds
1/3 cup coconut oil

METHOD: Chop nuts and combine ingredients until smooth. Chill in freezer 1 hr in shallow baking dish

 

Shot Put Protein Bites

Ingredients:

Protein Bites

  • Chia seeds, 1 Tbsp.
  • Flax seeds, 1 Tbsp.
  • Water, 2 Tbsp.
  • Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, 6 scoops
  • Whole dates, coarsely chopped, ½ cup
  • 10 dried apple rings, coarsely chopped
  • Dried cherries, coarsely chopped, ¼ cup
  • Chunky peanut butter, ¼ cup
  • Rolled oats, ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract, 2 tsp.
  • Plain, unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup

Coating Mixture

  • Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, 1 Tbsp.
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 Tbsp.

PREPARATION:
Add seeds mixture
Combine thoroughly until mixture holds together
Roll mixture into 1” balls
Roll balls in mixture to coat evenly
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days

Makes about 30 Protein Bites
Serving Size: 3 Protein Bites
